Plain terms for a plain website. Using this site means you are happy with what follows, and none of it is designed to surprise you.
The tools and figures are guidance, not a quote
The Move Plan and everything else on this site that estimates, suggests a crew size, or describes how a day usually runs is general guidance built from how we normally work. It is honest, and it is still not a quote. A quote happens after we talk to you about your actual move, and it comes in writing. The hourly rates shown are our real rates, and the hours a move takes depend on the day itself.
The images
Some images on this site are illustrative, including stock and generated imagery, and do not depict specific customers, specific jobs, or specific properties. The diagrams are stylised sketches, not plans of any real block.
The guides
The guides describe how we approach the work and what has served our customers well. They are general information, not professional advice for your specific situation, and following them is at your own judgement. Nothing on this site limits any rights you have under Australian Consumer Law.
Booking and the day
A move is booked when we have confirmed the crew, rate and date with you in writing and you have said go. Anything about a specific job, including changes, cancellations and access arrangements, is handled in that written conversation rather than by fine print here.
This website
We keep the site accurate and working, and fix mistakes when we find them or you point them out. Content on the site, including the text, guides and mark, belongs to Crescent Removals and is not to be scraped wholesale into someone else's brochure. Links to other sites, like NSW Fair Trading, are provided because they are useful, not because we control what is on them.
