Privacy
The short version: we collect what we need to call you back about a move, we use it for that, and we do not sell it. The longer version follows.
What we collect
When you send the enquiry form, we collect what you type into it: your name, phone number, email if you give one, the suburbs involved, and whatever you tell us about the move. If you use the Move Plan first, the answers you chose travel with your enquiry so you do not have to repeat them. That is the only personal information this site collects deliberately.
What it is used for
Contacting you about your move: the callback, the written confirmation, and the job itself. We may share your enquiry with a suitable local provider to service your request, which is how the crew that does the work gets the details of the move they are doing. Your details are not sold, rented, swapped, or added to marketing lists.
What the site itself does
Pages are served with basic, aggregate traffic counting (which pages are viewed, and from which country) that involves no cookies, no advertising trackers, and no profile of you. The enquiry form uses a hidden anti-spam check rather than making you decode traffic lights.
Keeping and removing your details
Enquiry details are kept while they are useful for handling your move and our records, and not longer than they need to be. If you would like the details from your enquiry corrected or removed, send a note through the enquiry form saying so, with the name and phone number you used, and it will be done.
